ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be changed, canceled, or rerouted, including items, shipping, or address details, as our system is automated for fast dispatch.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch; updates may take 2–4 business days to appear.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier capacity, weather events, peak seasons, or logistical disruptions outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All applicable fees are clearly displayed before payment is completed.
ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ACCURACY
Requests for order edits or address updates must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order. After processing begins, modifications are no longer possible.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Maison De Élise is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect address entry, refusal, or failure to collect may be refunded as store credit only and may be subject to a 25% handling and logistics fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items marked as Pre-Order require extended preparation time. Please allow 8–10 business days before shipment.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, the order may not qualify for refund or replacement.
COURIER SELECTION & TRANSIT RESPONSIBILITY
Orders are shipped through courier partners selected based on destination and logistics efficiency. Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, transit responsibility falls within the courier network.
While we assist customers in communication with carriers, Maison De Élise does not control courier routing decisions or delivery schedules.
TRACKING & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Tracking details are provided once an order is dispatched and remain the primary reference for shipment status.
In rare cases, multi-item orders may be shipped separately due to warehouse logistics or stock availability. This does not incur additional shipping charges.
Tracking typically becomes active 2–4 business days after dispatch.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered, customers should first check safe locations around the property, neighbors, reception areas, parcel lockers, or courier pickup points.
If the parcel cannot be located, customers should contact the courier to request delivery confirmation details.
Maison De Élise may assist by providing shipment documentation and guidance during the investigation. Final resolution depends on courier findings and available delivery evidence.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If tracking stops updating for an extended period or exceeds reasonable transit time, contact info@maisondeelise.comand we will open a courier investigation where possible.
Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather events, or global logistics issues are outside our direct control. We will assist customers in pursuing the fastest available resolution.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be treated as undeliverable.
Such orders may be refunded as store credit only and may be subject to a 25% handling fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reshipping may require additional payment depending on the circumstances.
